ORA 103rd Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 103rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Old Rafflesians' Association (ORA) will be held on:

Date: 25 March 2026, Wednesday

Time: 7pm

Venue: Raffles Institution, Lecture Theatre 5

Year 5-6 Campus, Blk B Level 3

One Raffles Institution Lane, Singapore 575954

Agenda Items:

(i) To confirm the Minutes of the last AGM held on 27 March 2025

(ii) To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Central Executive Council ("Annual Report") for 2025

(iii) To adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2025 ("Audited Financial Statements")

(iv) To appoint auditor FY2026

(v) To elect the ORA Central Executive Council for 2026 - 2028

(vi) Any other business

In accordance with Article 9 of the ORA Constitution, only Ordinary Members who have paid their membership in full and obtained their membership for a continuous period of at least three (3) months before the date of notice of the General Meeting shall be eligible to hold office in the Council, to nominate or second the nomination of a candidate for election to the Council and to vote at General Meetings of the Association.

Subject to Article 23.2 of the ORA Constitution, any Ordinary Member seeking election to the Council as the President must have previously served at least for a term as an elected member (in whatever capacity) of the Council and have achieved not less than 75% attendance at Council meetings held during his most recent term in office as a Council Member.
