The ORA Hockey Club proudly carries forward Raffles Institution's rich hockey tradition, uniting alumni across generations through its shared passion for the sport. As one of Singapore's most active and successful alumni hockey communities, it competes at the highest levels while giving back to develop future talent.
2024 Season Highlights:
🏆 National Champions: RI teams dominated the National Junior League (Divisions 1 & 3) and Youth Hockey Liga U14 Boys
🥈 MHL1 Runners-Up: Our Men's Premier League team claimed first runners-up honours
🔝 Consistent Top Finishes: Veterans and development teams secured top-four positions in Pesta Sukan and other major tournaments
Groundbreaking Initiatives:
In November 2024, it launched the RGS Hockey Clinic - a pioneering programme that:
• Introduces hockey to younger female athletes
• Provides early skill development opportunities
• Champions women's participation in sports
• Strengthens the school-alumni partnership pipeline
